Lesson learned: if you want your audio done right, you hire the best in the business: Ben Batts, the legendary audio professional. He is highly coveted in the industry, and if you’re doing a musical, he’s who you want.

Except he was busy that day. 

Instead, director J. Frog brought on the Bat Brothers, Billy and Barny. They are exceptional.

No one would ever expect two bats from North Dakota to make it to the big time, but Billy and Barny knew that someday they would become real industry people. 

Getting their start on doing audio for their friend’s movies, which were always terrible, the animals would remark that the best parts was the music and sound. The feeling they got from that feedback was enlightening, and they both knew they found their passion.

Eventually they knew they would have to leave the soybean fields of their parent’s farm and head to the city where movies were made. Despite being fearful, the brothers had each other for support, and they set off.

Billy is more serious than Barny. Barny likes to goof off, while Billy tries to stay focused. 

Together, they are the trustworthy duo on the rise.
