Shipping Times
1. Once your order is received by our system, it usually takes about 2-3 business day to process. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed via email.
2. Please note that if you order more than one item, you may be receiving multiple tracking numbers. This is because we keep our inventory in different warehouses, so when you place an order, depending on the items you purchase, we will ship out of the warehouse that is closer to you so that your items can be received faster.
3. If you are shipping to the USA or Canada,:
Clothing - All orders to the USA take 3 - 4 days to process and shipping times are 3 - 8 days. Our designs are original and we initiate printing as we receive your order. You will receive an email when your order is shipped as well as a tracking code which you can track through USPS.
Non-Clothing items - All orders to the USA take 3 - 5 days to process. Shipping times for the USA are 10 to 20 days, depending on the item you purchase. You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped as well as a tracking code which you can track through USPS.
For expedite shipping options, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will send you a quote for expedite shipping through certified carriers (DHL, Fedex, UPS) and a unique payment link, as expedite shipping is not an option on our standard checkout page.
4. If you are shipping to Mexico, please note that it will take 20 to 35 working days for your order to arrive from the day it is sent.
5. If you are shipping anywhere else in the world, please refer to the table below for usual shipping times:
- Latin America: 20-45 working days
- Europe and Russia: 10-15 working days
- Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 5-15 working days
- Africa and Other Countries: 20-45 working days
*If you are shipping to an island or remote areas, your parcel most likely will be subject to longer shipping times.
6. Please make sure when placing your order that you write your shipping address with as much detail as possible, making sure to include your apartment number, exterior and interior numbers, if it applies to your address.
7. Please note that each country has different custom tax rules. If you are required to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you would do so upon receiving your goods. Usually this tax is collected by the courier service themselves. We can’t calculate this for you or you cannot pre-pay it.
8. Shipping and processing times may be affected by public holidays, strikes or weather conditions. We will do our best to let you know when we are experiencing delays due to any of these reasons and ask for your understanding as these are not under our control.
